At power2, we believe most engineering software takes the wrong approach. Rather than configurating the problem, they configure the product. What does this mean? Rather than exploring the true needs of the customer's requirements, they attempt to shoe-horn the customer into a one or two sizes fits all approach. Because power2 is the only truly generative based design and engineering automation tool, it provides multiple solutions to customers based upon criteria that are important to them.

Power2's mission is to deliver Intelligent Systems that solve complex configuration problems. Our definition of configuration is very broad - to us, configuration is any time you design a solution by selecting, modifying and assembling digital assets (of all kinds) to meet a new set of requirements.

An ideal Power2 application is one in which the same or similar problems are being solved repeatedly, throughout an organization, with considerable effort and questionable consistency. Our software solutions allow you to capture the rules that people are using to make decisions, and embed them in software that automates the process for everyone involved.

Our "tag line" is Intelligent Software because the computer is never the expert, you are. The best a piece of software can do is to learn from you (or other experts) and copy your actions faithfully.
